Dust abatement

Misting, or atomisation, is nothing but reducing a liquid into tiny particles. Such reduction occurs through a very powerful air jet or by passing the liquid through a hole small in diameter. Euro Cooling System offers such apparatus, which is ideal for factories and construction yards in severe need of dust control. High-pressure misting systems are the ideal solution for open or large spaces. They solve the suspended particulate matter problem, which originates due to the movement of loose materials or otherwise the industrial production in general.

Euro-Cooling misting systems produce a high concentration of fog drops (it is possible to add a surfactant, too), 10 microns in size, which can attract and suppress PM10 and smaller dust particles. The system can effectively dispose of breathable dust particles on the order of 0.1 to 1000 microns. The dust, surrounded by a thick fog, has little to none chance of escape.

Misting technology is beyond doubt a really effective and suitable solution for abating and eliminating the dusts in the air. The micro-particles of water produced during this process attract and suppress the tiny dust masses present in the area. Such system is perfect for mines, quarries, open-air construction yards, steel mills, painting industries and shredding facilities.

The dust abatement process

The dust occurs in the environment naturally or due to production processes.

Millions of ultra-small drops are atomised into the environment.

The drops gather around the dusts, abating them.
